Some settings refuse non-numerical entries

Reproduction steps

Select Experimental-Adaptive Layers Maximum Variation (Use Adaptive Layers must be true). Attempt to type a value other than a number, i.e. (quotes for clarity, only) "=layer_height0.75". This is not only a UI issue, as if I save the settings to a CSV file, and change the Adaptive Layers Maximum Variation entry to "...;=layer_height0.75", Cura will discard the entry when the CSV is merged back. Please note that making Adaptive Layers Maximum Variation equal to, or nearly equal to (where nearly = ?) layer_height, will result in unfortunate results. Even if it completes the slice, the results will be missing the "top".

Actual results

Typing any character besides a number in the Adaptive Layers Maximum Variation will be ignored. Attempting to bypass the GUI, and merge the equation in from a file, will result in the file value being discarded.

Expected results

I expected to be able to use replaceable text equations, as this has been supported for several versions.
