Custom parameter values containing `'` cut off content in HTML inputs

Hey, thank you for this amazing library, it's really helpful!

When I created custom parameters for my credentials on my ESP32, I noticed that one password loaded was cut-off in the HTML input due to containing a ' character. E.g. 7(f+4]2y3fsYTQt'Uhxc"d

This already has already been reported and closed as issue in #1398 btw, so maybe a regression? I'm using v2.0.17.
