Titles names - Offsetting $num by a user given number

Details

This application rocks for archiving my large music playlist. However, it's quite annoying having to manually correct 20 or 40 file names whenever I make a batch addition to my archive. My idea is adding a feature to take the $num for each video downloaded and offset it by an input number.
