latency spikes with http(s) endpoints because of DNS

Describe the bug

Gatus runs in docker. https endpoints has random latency spikes. Normal: 20ms, Spikes: ~1800ms. ICMP endpoints did not show that problem. Both were configured with URIs (ex. https Endpoint: https://cloud.example.com, ICMP endpoint: cloud.example.com) against same hosts. DNS resolved to IPv6 DNS resolver on this host.

curl from another container had no latency spikes, this seems to be specific to gatus, but I might be mistaken. Solution was to insert fixed ipv4 dns servers in docker compose of gatus. No more latency spikes.
