Full screen mode on Dashboard

Describe the feature request

When displaying the dashboard on a large monitoring screen like a TV, will be much better UX if we could enter "Fullscreen mode" where all irrelevant UI is hidden and the endpoint health panels are the only things visible top to bottom, edge-to-edge. this improves visibility from a distance but frees up more real estate to show what users want to see instead of the logo, page title and search bars that take up nearly half of the vertical space.

It will also be nice to reduce the horizontal size of each panel in full screen mode to fit more panels in view when in full screen mode. For instance, we could show only the label, URL and Health chip with only the last 10 requests or not show the requests at all:

Why do you personally want this feature to be implemented?

I display my monitoring dashboard on a large screen, where, at a glance, I want to see as much information as possible without irrelevant UI getting in the way. Once on TV, I don't interact with the UI at all therefore showing the search bar, filter and sorting UI is just eye sore. I would like to enter full screen mode to hide all of that when I don't need them
