Naming inconsistency

This icon library is starting to have some naming inconsistency. For instance, it seemed that using -plus would describe an icon with a simple plus (+) sign attached to it. In fact, we have bi-person-plus, bi-cloud-plus, bi-folder-plus and many others.

Then we have icons with the -add suffix. Here starts the confusion because there is no bi-add icon. There's the bi-plus-circle and bi-plus-circle-fill icons. We have some icons using this suffix like database-add, person-add, building-add and others.

I understand this decision if it was used consistently but the problem is that it is not. We now have icons like terminal-plus, send-plus, window-plus and others that are using the -plus suffix but they are attaching a circled plus.

So, what's the rule here? Am I missing something?
