Handle Deleted Folder or Label associated with Inbox Rule

Acceptance Criteria

• When trying to delete a folder or label that is in an action on an Inbox rule, in the confirmation dialog the relevant inbox rules are listed and the user is told that these inbox rules will be deactivated
• When deletion is confirmed, the Inbox Rule is deactivated and the associated value is changed to null
• If there is an inbox rule with a "Move" or "Label" action that has a null value, a warning icon is shown in inbox rule list instead of the toggle.
• When editing the inbox rule, if the "Move" or "Label" action that has a null value, "Deleted" is displayed and the rule cannot be saved
