[WebApp] Cannot enable mail indexing from SearchView in Two/One column layout

Steps to reproduce:

• Login fresh so that mail indexing is disabled
• Resize the browser window to switch to Two or One column layout
• Navigate to mail search view, and attempt to search
• See no results are shown, and no dialog prompting the user to enable search
• Change the search range and see it has no effect

App version: 359.260904.0

Expected behaviour: When search is disabled, a dialog is shown to prompt the user to enable search, same when the quick search bar is focused in MailView.

Additional information: Enabling mail indexing from the settings is still possible and therefore can be used as a workaround.
