lnav 0.14.0: display corruption and duplicated input on Konsole with xterm-256color

lnav 0.14.0 Konsole on openSUSE Slowroll TERM=xterm-256color, COLORTERM=truecolor tput colors returns 256 infocmp xterm-256color succeeds notcurses-info 3.0.17 works perfectly with RGB/256 colors and 0 input errors lnav produces random characters and duplicated keyboard input TERM=xterm avoids corruption but reduces colors to 8 and removes highlighting official static lnav.org (0.14) binary reproduces the same issue distro-packaged lnav reproduces it too

run lnav (from TW slowroll repo -- lnav-0.14 pkg) on TW slowroll (TWS) with notcurses-info 3.0.17 OR lnav.org statically linked lnav on TWS load any log and random characters appear on the screen, highlights don't display. It's unusable.
