stuck on icecrown citadel graveyard

Description

from time to time i get reports of people being unable to move after die inside icecrown citadel,

Expected behaviour

player can be moved allways after release.

Steps to reproduce the problem

no idea, tried to die for 5h with multiple characters on multiple places of icc, who reported the issue said the bug is show on random locations.
