Feature Request: dynamic coloring taskbar

This is pretty simple. Just a setting that will enable automatic coloring of taskbar by near pixels. Like on Android when statusbar coloring as actionbar, etc. But this will cause need to change also icons and text colors of statusbar if it's become too light

Pretty simple to say, idk even it's realizable.

UPD: Since Windows update added a white theme and so black icons, this request is now more realizable
