[Bug]: TranslucentTB runs in the tray after Windows startup, but doesn’t apply any taskbar effects.

• I have checked the issue tracker if my bug has already been fixed or answered in another (possibly closed) issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

After simply restarting the computer, there's a high chance TranslucentTB is running in the tray but not working. Only running it once more takes effect immediately, though you'll receive a notification that TranslucentTB is already running.

Expected results

The desired behavior is for it to take effect immediately upon restart, with no further action required.

Actual results

The actual situation is that I’ve already enabled auto-start, and the tray icon appears at boot, but it just doesn’t take effect.

Windows version

Windows 11 Insider builds (builds 22623 and up). Please mention exact build.

Other details

The app is already up to date, and Windows is fully updated to version 26200.9447 as well.
