[Bug]: Wont work on Windows Insider taskbar updates

• I have checked the issue tracker if my bug has already been fixed or answered in another (possibly closed) issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

windows insider 26340.9354 build change taskbar location

Expected results

normal app procces

Actual results

when changed the taskbar location it will break and only will work on bottom location ig whis will be fixed at the full windows update release

Windows version

Windows 11 Insider builds (builds 22623 and up). Please mention exact build.
