[Bug]: Taskbar not transparent on secondary monitor (Windows 11 25H2)

• I have checked the issue tracker if my bug has already been fixed or answered in another (possibly closed) issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

TranslucentTB transparency effect only applies to the primary monitor's taskbar. The secondary (external) monitor's taskbar remains opaque/default.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect an external monitor to a Windows 11 laptop
2. Open TranslucentTB
3. Set desktop appearance to "Clear"
4. Observe: primary monitor taskbar is transparent, secondary monitor taskbar is not

Expected results

Expected Behavior

Both monitors should have transparent taskbars.

Actual results

Actual Behavior

Only the primary/laptop display taskbar becomes transparent. The external monitor taskbar stays in default state.

Windows version

Windows 11 Insider builds (builds 22623 and up). Please mention exact build.

Environment

• OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (Build 26220.8544)
• TranslucentTB Version: 2026.1.0.0
• Display Setup: Laptop built-in display + 1 external monitor (extended mode)

Additional Context

• Tried restarting TranslucentTB — no change
• Tried running as administrator — no change
• Windows "Transparency effects" (Settings > Personalization > Colors) works on both monitors, but TranslucentTB does not affect the secondary monitor
