[Bug]: White block appears on taskbar (win11)

• I have checked the issue tracker if my bug has already been fixed or answered in another (possibly closed) issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

There is a white vertical rectangle on part of the taskbar when using any of the modes. The white block does get blurred in blur mode but it's still there. Sometimes it's not there, but usually it is. I don't have to do anything specific to replicate this issue, it's just there.

Expected results

No white block.

Actual results

White block.

Windows version

Windows 11 RTM (build 22000)

Other details

Windows build is 26100, not sure what RTM or any of that stuff means. This is just the normal Windows 11 Home with all the latest updates. Not an insider or any other special build. Not sure why the options have builds that are very old.
