Navigator - a minimap for the entire dataset

The one feature I miss from Highcharts Stock is the Navigator: a small chart below the main chart area, displaying a view of the entire dataset, allowing zooming in and out on the dataset, as well as panning across it.

Functionality:

• drag the left/right edge to control the range shown in the main chart
• clicking in the navigator should pan to the respective timestamp in the main chart, preserving the chart duration (e.g. 1d)
• dragging the selected range in the navigator should pan the main chart accordingly
