Feature request: Add delay option to geofence trigger

Sometimes geofences representing known stops or facilities lie near heavily used roads. When vehicles drive past the fences with no intention of stopping erroneous geofence enter/exit events are thrown.

This feature request would add an optional delay in seconds parameter which would wait the specified amount of time for the vehicle to be within/outside geofence bounds before triggering the event.
