QuickBooks: Multi-OAuth flow is not working when logging in as a Builder

What is the expected behaviour?

The Builder should be redirected to the QuickBooks OAuth authorization page and should be able to complete authentication successfully.

What is the current behaviour?

The QuickBooks Multi-OAuth authentication flow is not working when accessing the app as a Builder.

How to reproduce the issue?

1. Configure a QuickBooks data source with Multi-OAuth enabled.
2. Create or open an app using the QuickBooks data source.
3. Log in as a Builder.
4. Run the query inside an app
