Bug Report: Explorer Context Menu

What seems to be going wrong?

I enabled the Explorer Context Menu option, and now it won't go away when i disable it.

Please describe what's happening and what you would have expected instead. After I disable it in the app, I want it to be gone from the explorer context menu. Now the only thing that's gone is the icon. If I enable it again, the icon comes back. Tried restarting PC.

How can we reproduce this?

1. Enable Explorer Context Menu
2. Disable Explorer Context Menu
