Discussion Group on Lemmy, XMPP, Signal or SimpleX

If interested, it would be nice to have an official Lemmy community, Signal, XMPP, or SimpleX group (instead of relying on Discord, Matrix, or Telegram, Reddit).

It would give users a place to help each other out and share ideas (and maybe get some input from the devs when they have time).

Open and federated platforms are more aligned with open-source values, reduce vendor lock-in, improve privacy, and make communities more resilient long-term.
