Udemy courses not loading in app despite API working fine in browser

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Courses plugin → Udemy
2. Login via Cookies tab (exported from Get cookies.txt LOCALLY extension)
3. Login succeeds, email shown correctly as [email protected]
4. Course list fails to load with error: "Request failed: error sending request for url (https://www.udemy.com/api-2.0/users/me/subscribed-courses?fields[course]=id,url,title,published_title,image_240x135,num_published_lectures,locale&ordering=-last_accessed,-access_time&page=1&page_size=100)"
5. Retry and refresh buttons do nothing after 10+ attempts
6. Opening the same URL directly in browser returns correct JSON with all enrolled courses

Expected behavior

Enrolled courses load after successful cookie login
