update requested on "fixed" issue #97

Just downloaded gron on 2026-03-22, and was testing things out, and ran the command gron --version which produced the output "gron version dev"

I checked this repo, and see multiple code changes to address the issue, the latest of which appears to be "#97 v0.7.1 does not report its own version" with comments, changes & merging in late May 2025.

However, it appears there was an error during the build? Please see Merge pull request #100 from dotcs/bugfix/version-number

I was wondering when this issue might be fully resolved.
