Cannot setup environment

I tried to intialize the env by fllowing the guide, but some dependencies cannot be resolved.
Could not solve for environment specs
The following packages are incompatible
├─ pyarrow 12.0.1** is installable and it requires
│ └─ libarrow [12.0.1 *_4_cpu|12.0.1 *_4_cuda|...|12.0.1 hf8fed9e_9_cuda], which requires
│ └─ snappy >=1.1.10,<2.0a0 , which can be installed;
