[Feature Request]: Add fluent way to select elements more precisely

Apologies if this request exists or is already implemented, i did try check.

Basically, i've been working on this list where i have headers, and then bullet points i want to colour code, like this:

If i want to select bullet points "Hi" "Hello" and "Ho", there just is no way (at least that i expected).

Ideally, i could start with a selection like this:

And then possibly:

• Shift-Click the drag handle, (which currently selects but discards the previous instead of adding)

- Shift + Drag to do an additive select (this would mean making it so while you hold a selection, dragging the mouse on the page anywhere (regardless of text boxes) drags a selection box, that box would overwrite current selection unless you hold shift).

Or alternatively, start with this:

And then Shift+Drag, or Shift+Click on the drag handle of the title to remove it from the selection (Since selecting only selected elements makes sense to subtract, in the same spirit as file explorer does)

Users looking to apply a style to multiple disconencted part of the page.
