NaN and Inf results in search of all nodes in rtree

Describe the bug NaN or Inf causes rtree to search all nodes which causes performance issues

To Reproduce Eg. intersects namespace objects circle NaN NaN 1 Try with huge dataset

Expected behavior I expected it to throw an error

Additional context Depending on CPU provided and size of dataset, the queries can range from few seconds to almost 1 minute.
