NEED HELP. File Converter icon, disappeared from context menu ?

For some reasone i was fixing some permissions on a second SSD by using commands like takedown, icacls, etc and somewhat they screwed up some permissions on my windows 11 for other apps installed. Now my file Converter is installed, but it does not show the context menu. Already tried reinstalling it (not from scratch, just repair) and it didn't worked. Is there a way to manually fix the registry to have it working again ? I will try to remove it totally and install from scratch now to see if works.

Under Win11 Family 24H2. Maybe a conflict with XnConvert, don't know ? I started by testing "File convert 2.1" everything was fine. Then after using XnConvert, the option with the blue icon of file converter, no longer appears in 'the context menu of the explorer' and replaced by XnShell from Xnview.

1. I uninstalled all the softs: XnConvert, XnView, and File Converter.
2. I reinstalled only File Converter
3. But Still nothing ? The option no longer appears in the options of the context menu of Windows Explorer when I select a file, then make > right click > display more option.

Does someone know how to make it back
