[Bug] Scaling Options Do not Work

Your Environment

Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon and WinBoat Beta v0.9.0 (deb version).

Steps to Reproduce / Context

My system has fractional scaling enabled at 125% with the following native resolution:

In Winboat settings, I set both Display Scaling and Application Scaling to 140% as shown below:

However, the Windows applications inside Winboat still look very small, and the scaling settings don't seem to take effect:
