Next level action goes back again to completed levels on hard difficulty (levels are randomised on hard difficulty)

When playing the game on hard difficulty, where the levels are randomised for the user, there are times when pressing next will take you back to a level that is completed already.

Can update the conditional here to only randomise between incomplete levels.
