Issue: Tenant Creation Error

Description We are trying to create a new tenant profile using the System Administrator login. However, when we attempt to create the tenant profile, a “Database error” is displayed, as shown in the first screenshot.

Despite this error, if we continue with the process, the tenant and tenant administrator login are created successfully. However, the newly created tenant administrator does not have access to all the features and permissions expected for a Tenant Administrator.

Observed issues:

A “Database error” is displayed while creating the tenant profile. The tenant profile creation process appears to partially succeed despite the error. The Tenant Administrator account is created, but the required tenant-admin features/permissions are not fully available. As shown in the second screenshot, the tenant administrator can log in successfully, but the expected platform features available to a Tenant Administrator are missing or restricted.

Expected behavior: The tenant profile should be created without any database error, and the associated Tenant Administrator should receive all required features, permissions, and access defined for the Tenant Administrator role.
