phpseclib v4 support

Hi, I was wondering, is there any plan to update phpseclib to v4? I was looking into the implementation and it requires a few changes from v3. Mainly that most methods of SFTP will throw exceptions w.r.t. returning false.
I have a implementation.. not thoroughly tested yet..
