Commit Messages: Post-assigment subsection should come before assignment

For some reason, the Tips and things to remember section comes after the assignment section, but there's no real need for it to do so. It can come right before the assignment section.

Acceptance criteria

• Move the "Tips and things to remember" section to right before the Assignment section
