The Programmer's Portfolio article is from 2004 and the actual portfolios linked in the article are pretty out of date, while the article itself is pretty much a more concise and less informative version of the article linked directly below it.

I think it would be better to replace the article with something more up to date with a little more info on how to build a good portfolio like The Importance of Portfolio Building for Web Developers, which hits the same broad strokes, but goes a little nore in depth about the how off building a portfolio than the other articles do.

I think this change would help round out the "portfolio" section a little better than it currently is.
