This lesson could use some polish.

I don't love the current situation and think we should toss that list of job boards. Folks can very easy do a search on their own.

What I'd rather see is an invitation for learners to:

• make a list of places they want to work
• think about their non-negotiables like salary floor, location, remote, etc
• identify job boards
• examine their professional network (like looking at linkedin to see who works where)
• create something to track their search. The spreadsheet mentioned earlier in the lesson could serve as a starting point but learners should track in a way that feels good to them.

I'll be picking this one up.
