Share url *management* with another kutt user

It would be a nice feature to allow another user to configure a short link.

UserA creates https://kutt.it/team_standup that points to a recurring meeting on zoom, etc.

Today only an administrator can update the target of that link. It would be nice to be able to select "link co-owners", so a registered user can see the links they created and any other they have access to.

That feature can start with one user, but with team support, it can be streamlined even more (allow a team to manage a link so anyone in the team can update it)
