[BUG] - US phone number with country code works incorrect

1. Choose mask: US phone number with country code.
2. Masked input, paste follow text 3122222223.

Current result: mask conformed +1 (322) 222-223_ , second char was not conformed. Expected result: conformed value +1 (312) 222-2223
