Upgrade protobuf 5 -> 6: segfaults with tensorflow 2.21

Hi! I wanted to ask what is the timeline to release a version compatible with tf 2.21, released 1 month ago. Currently I see segmentation faults, which may be related to the major version upgrade of protobuf 5 -> 6.
