Export Telegram data saves at most 10000 most recent messages and only sent by yourself in private supergroups with forwarding disabled(?)

Steps to reproduce

1. be a member of a private supergroup for which forwarding is disabled* with more than 10000 messages sent by yourself and at least one message sent by other members more recent than the 10000th recent message sent by yourself
2. Settings -> Advanced -> Export Telegram data -> tick Private groups -> Export
3. note estimated export message count for the private supergroup in question
4. note after exporting how many messages for the private supergroup in question Telegram proceeds to the next chat
5. check how many messages exported for the private supergroup in question in messages*.html or result.json

* as far as I can tell, the supergroup I'm experiencing this with only differs from others in that forwarding is disabled; that being said, I cannot be sure this is the reason

Expected behaviour

1. proper message count
2. after exporting all messages
3. all messages

Actual behaviour

1. proper messages sent by yourself count, no matter whether Settings -> Advanced -> Export Telegram data -> Private groups -> Only my messages ticked or unticked
2. after exporting exactly 10000 messages, no matter whether Settings -> Advanced -> Export Telegram data -> Private groups -> Only my messages ticked or unticked
3. exactly 10000 most recent messages sent by yourself, no matter whether Settings -> Advanced -> Export Telegram data -> Private groups -> Only my messages ticked or unticked
