Refresh story row names after profile updates

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the chat list with at least one active story.
2. Receive a profile name update for a peer whose story is already shown.
3. Keep the story source list unchanged.

Expected behaviour

The story row updates to the peer's current short name immediately.

Actual behaviour

The row keeps the previous short name until another change refreshes the story source list.

Notes

The affected UI subscribes to story-source changes but not peer name updates. This report intentionally omits account, contact, and chat details.
