Allow list with "$important" is ignored

I am migrating from AdguardHome to technitium.

I have a whitelilsts with $important at the end of some entries.

Block list file: ||some-domain.com^ Allow list file: @@||some-domain.com^$important

The domain some-domain.com is still blocked.

On the otherhand when using this: @@||some-domain.com^ then the domain is allowed
