I Cannot Get Past "Oh noes!" on http://forums.mozillazine.org/

Windows 7 Firefox 115.40.0ers I have tried every suggestion I can find, e.g. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-say-cookies-are-blocked-unblock-them#w_check-cookie-settings I have unblocked Cookies, Tracking content, Cryptominers, Fingerprinters. Did not work. Is there some setting I can check?
