[Feature request] Please "allow" opening links in new tabs to work without requests being blocked

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently when I open links from say the Fedora forum or Fedora wiki into a new tab it always shows an error with within.website in the URI so I guess it expects me to open links on the same page, which is confirmed by the request not being blocked when doing just that. But doing so is not ideal when browsing a forum or wiki and want to open things mentioned into new tabs for further reading only to end up with a dozen tabs that all show an error. It seems very rare for a link opened to a new tab to actually load if it's protected by Anubis.

Can you please make it so opening pages in new tabs doesn't trigger an error? It is very tedious to browse anything Fedora now because every time I open something in a new tab it errors out and I have to duplicate the tab and then click on the link without leaving the page. If you know what I mean. It would also help if the redir part of the url doesn't get mangled so manually editing becomes a more viable option. But the real solution is to "allow" opening links into new tabs.
