Cookies randomly getting rejected megathread

I want to try to get to the bottom of this. I can't figure out why this is happening and I just need data at this point. If this happens to you please reply in this thread with:

• The exact OS version
• The exact browser version
• How you installed the browser
• If this browser was built from source does it happen when you use the binary that upstream built?
• Can you recreate this without browser extensions installed and/or with the default configuration?
• The entire list of every browser extension installed
• The exact URL of the target server
• The exact Anubis version of the target server
• What DNS server you are using
• Is your DNS server a DNS over HTTPS server?
• Did you follow a "privacy browsing" guide when setting up your browser?
