"What's New" feed now only has 5 videos

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. I changed the "show the following streams" settings to only show partially watched streams
2. I either watched or marked as watched almost all videos in the "What's New" tab

This is likely because the tab still considers the hidden videos towards the Fred's total video count instead of loading older videos

Expected behavior

I expected earlier videos to load instead of the list becoming shorter

Actual behavior

The list of videos on the "What's New" feed gets shorter with there only being about 5 videos left
