[Bug] : Contributing Guidelines is not beginner friendly

@taniarascia I have experience of working with multiple open source project and your contributing guideline is not beginner friendly. Either we can create a new contributing guideline to create a another file and provide its hyperlink in contributing guideline.

If you agree on this , I can start working on it. thanks
