[Bug]: GithubCopilot login support for <enterprise>.ghe.com

Bug Description

login selection for GithubCopilot - api.githubcopilot.com auto redirects to https://github.com/login/device/select_account

it should allow option to provide for enterprise login: company.ghe.com

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run command: forge provider login
2. Select GithubCopilot
3. detect auto-redirct to https://github.com/login/device/select_account instead of enterprise login option.

Expected Behavior

selection of GithubCopilot should allow option to provide for enterprise login: company.ghe.com

Actual Behavior

login selection for GithubCopilot - api.githubcopilot.com auto redirects to https://github.com/login/device/select_account
