[Bug]: Tagstudio failing to upgrade library file to new iteration

Description

i tried upgrading a 9.5.6 library to 9.6.3 and got this error

unknown if this is just a me issue as i was flip flopping around versions to keep using this one on 9.5.6 but if this is just a global issue uh huh

Expected Behavior

should just convert like normal

i think something in .3 must of broke it cuz i think it was working last version (9.6.2) (or at least a last version but either way shouldn't be broken)

Steps to Reproduce

make a library in 9.5.6 and then attempt to upgrade it via 9.6.3
