Restore dist folder and minimised pre-compiled scripts

https://github.com/tabulator-tables/tabulator/pull/4896 removed the dist folder from tabulator releases. I don't use npm but just take the minimised scripts/css from the dist folder and add it to my project. Can you please restore the dist folder
