It is not possible to insert the char # in an input editor

It is not possible to insert the char # in an input editor.

It's very likely that the "scrollToEnd" keybinding is preventing this. That shouldn't work when an input editor is active. This might not happen with every keyboard. I have a Cherry KC 1000 (German layout)
