element disappears if placed over previously filled shape and you move the new element

I created a filled shape using the path tool then set the fill to NONE and when I create another shape inside of the previously filled shape then move it a little the new shape disappears. URL= https://unpkg.com/[email protected]/dist/editor/index.html

Reproduce: mm, snap on, grid on, fill = red, line=black, stroke=.8

using path tool create an oval like shape with a half dozen nodes making sure to close the shape. click off the shape then click back on it to select it. Goto the fill setting on the lower left of window and click the boxed X to set 'no fill'. click off the shape. select the box tool and draw a long narrow box inside of the oval shape. Goto the height box at the top of the screen and enter 2(mm) to make a long 2mm high box. click off it and it's still there. click onto the long narrow box and move it down a little bit, still inside the oval The long narrow box disappears and moving the oval up does not reveal the narrow box. It can be selected with a selection box but remains invisible.
